SOYA CHUNKS BIRYANI/LUNCH BOX RECIPES/SOYA RECIPES
Soya Chunks Biryani is one of the long pending posts of my blog.I had made this as a contribution to kungumam thozhi magazine long back, but somehow didn’t get an oppurtunity to share here. One of the protein filled one pot meal and easy lunch box option with less oil.this is very easy to make and is loved by kids.Soya as we all know is the store house of proteins and is filling too.I make this often for daughter’s lunch box and needless to say it is loved by her friends as well. The aroma of soya chunks in rice coupled with spices paves way for a nice meal. Here goes the recipe of Soya Chunks Biryani.
