STRAWBERRY PANCAKE
It is a very favourite fruit of my daughter,this strawberry.I had a box full of them last month,simply overflowing in the fridge.So after eating them as a whole and some made into juice,i was left with a few more.As i was wondering what to do with the remaining strawberries,i came across this recipe from an old book lying in the cupboard.It was not very time consuming i could make that for a breakfast last week.I have already a pancake recipe in my blog,this one is a bit different,so wanted to try out immediately.So these holidays,plan your meals in advance and please your family and spend more time with them.Here goes the recipe..

Ingredients
- 1 cup maida
- 6 Strawberries
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- pinch salt a
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- drizzle chocolate sauce to
- 2 drops strawberry Essence(optional)

Instructions
- Take in a bowl maida,brown sugar,baking powder and salt.
- Place the strawberries in a blender.
- Blend to a puree.
- Add the strawberry paste to the maida mixer.Also add strawberry essence.
- Adding milk make a smooth lump free batter.
- Heat a tawa and add butter.
- Slowly make pancakes.
- Flip on to the other side.
- Garnish with chocolate sauce and cut strawberry fruits.

Notes
- You can add regular sugar in place of brown sugar.
- I added essence to bring the flavour,if you don’t have avoid adding.
- You can top with mixed fruits and honey too.
