SUMMER CORN TOMATO PASTA
Another recipe i made this week was a very simple,yet filling one.Loaded with the goodness of corn,this is a pleasing and appealing one for all kiddos.I always try to include veggies in pasta when dhivya asks me to make pasta and corn and tomato go very well with pasta.This one is an innovative recipe of mine,since i ran out of ideas and whatever came to my mind,i made and it was very well liked.Thanks to the cheery tomatoes as an additional ingredient in the recipe.Not long ago i posted spaghetti,but this multi coloured spiral pasta will be fun to eat as well.Scroll down for the recipe..

- 1 pasta Tri colour pkt
- handful corn kernels a
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Ingredients

- Boil water in a vessel and add pasta and cook.
- Also add corn kernels.
- Once done strain and keep aside.
- In the same pan add oil and butter and add cherry tomatoes.
- Add black pepper powder and soup powder.
- Add water and cook.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Addition of soup powder is for a different taste.You can avoid it and add italian seasoning too.
You can add capsicum,carrots or even baby corn.
