VEG CORN SOUP
This is my first soup recipe in my blog.Soup is one item of the menu i look forward to whenever eating out.You see daughter and hubby order everytime different soups and i end up tasting both.Like this i have tasted many varieties and try to incorporate the same taste every time i make them.Veg corn soup i have made here is just easy assembling of choppped veggies in boiled form.It is crunchy and awakes your taste buds.Try out this soup and let me know…

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 5 - 6 Beans
- 1 carrot
- 5 Baby corns
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 4 cups water
- To taste salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp butter

Instructions
- Chop all veggies and keep them ready.
- In a pan add butter and add saute beans and carrot.
- Add chopped baby corn and corn kernels.
- Add water now and allow it to boil.Add this to the boiling veggie mixture.
- Make a solution with corn flour and water.
- Add this to the boiling mixture.
- Add salt and pepper once the mixture has thickened.
- Enjoy this soup any time of the day or whenever hunger pangs hit you.

Notes
- You can add any vegetable of your choice,such as capsicum,caulifliwer,peas etc.
- Using of canned store bought corn will give a creamy texture.
- You can even grind half the quantity given and add to the mixture.
